Know what's on the truck before the crew leaves the yard.

Your crew texts a few photos of the truck and the leftover pile. Before they roll, you get a short list back: what to buy, what's already on board, and what to leave alone.

Why I started this

I've spent years around job sites, and the same thing keeps happening. The material is sitting on the other truck or in last week's leftover pile, and somebody still loses an hour at the supply house. On a shop running a few crews, that adds up every week.

How it works

  1. The crew texts photos of the truck, gang box, and leftovers.
  2. I send back a list, usually within the hour.
  3. They buy only what's actually missing.

What a list looks like

BUY: 2 boxes 3" screws, 1 tube PL400 ON TRUCK: 4 sheets 1/2" drywall, corner bead, mud LEAVE IT: extra door casing (3 pcs on Truck 2) NEXT JOB: 1 box tile spacers can go to Smith job

Who it's for

Remodel, finish, and HVAC shops running two or more crews, where the owner is still close to the work and nobody's whole job is tracking parts.

Getting started

Two-job trial, $997. I handle the lists for your next two jobs so you can see it working with your own crews.

Full shop setup. If it's a fit, I set it up for every truck over 30 days and keep the lists running after that. We'll price it on a call once I know how many trucks you run.
